Arsh's pov

The next day, I went to her school with my daughter. As we were early, we waited in the car. After few minutes a car stopped in front of the school gate and I must say a charming little boy get down. 

Waving at the person who must be sitting with him I guess. Cause driver was in front on the driving seat, so I was unable to see the person at the back. Having a Mickey Mouse backpack and a water bottle with him he proceeded towards the entry of the school.
Before he could take two steps away from the car, manya screamed with so much excitement that her voice was enough to make me deaf.

"Daddyyyyy..... He is arjun.... The new boy... " Smiling and showing her teeth in the process, shining like high Watt bulb.

Her small fingers quickly grabbed my arm and she started jumping on the seat saying " Let's go daddy.... Come...... Quickly.... "

I shook my head at her behavior. She and I got down from the car, I can't miss the spark that she have in her eyes.

That boy's steps halted when manya shouted his name. I am sure that poor little guy got scared definitely, cause I saw he flinched a little.

"Arjun ...... Wait..... Wait..... " Manya said catching her breath.

Now when I got a glimpse of the little kid, I realized that my manya was correct he is really cute. His innocent eyes stared at me and then moved to manya.
I  am sure this little guy would be making all the girls crazy by his looks in the coming future. What the hell am i thinking🙄🤨

Before I could say anything.  A voice came from behind.
" Arjun..... What happened buddy????"

Wait🤔 why is this voice sounds so familiar...

'Your doubt will get clear only if u will turn around and look at the owner of the voice '  My mind mocked me.

"Yaa right" I said rolling my eyes.

And I turned.....................................................
I was...... Shocked, surprised, flabbergasted... Are there any more synonyms to describe my situation.....

Can't believe this man is standing in front of me.

"Rahul....... " A surprised laugh escaped my mouth.
Still in Shock.
 I said sarcastically "what a surprise..... Man...... Am I dreaming or what" I completed my sentence mockingly and dramatically.

" Now.... Will u say something..... Or would you take an hour..... To come out of the shock ".... I added

And now this bastard replied matching my expression of shock " Arsh..... How are u..... Bro...... " Saying this we both hugged each other briefly.

Pulling back he was still recovering from the shock.
I replied " I am fine bro.... But u tell me.... How are u..... Suddenly got vanished..... I remember our last conversation, when I was doing my bachelors. Me and swati tried so much to contact you. "

Confused and Interrupting me in between " Wait...... One second.... U and swati.... "

And I smirked proudly replying " She is my wife..... Bro.... "

" What..... The...... " Before he can proceed I glared at him saying " Bro... language.... (Gesturing him not to use curse words especially when children are also present here...)

He apologize saying " Sorry... "

And he added " Wow.... Yaar.....I am so happy for you... i was caught in so many things from the  past few  days...."

And now it's my time to ask questions and getting confused " But.... How come.... U.... ( and just like realising my thoughts and connecting the links) wait...... No way..... Don't tell me..... This boy is your kid"

And smiling sheepishly rahul nodded.

Shaking my head in disbelief I said " You will definitely give me a heart attack... With so much surprises that too in oneday....... "

And this fool chortled on my sarcasm.

Gaining his breath from laughing he said

"Yes.....  you're right.... He is arjun.... My son..... And if I will tell u his mother's name...... Then again u will accuse me of giving u a shock.... "

Narrowing my eyes at him I said " Tell me..... ... "

And rubbing the back of his neck he replied with a shy smile " Mansi....... Our classmate....... "

I must be looking like a fool standing in here with a shock face, a look of disbelief was present in my eyes.

" I really don't know what to say...... " I expressed my situation to my best friend.

I added with a smile " But I am happy for u..... Bro..... Look at u..... I mean no one could have predicted that a guy having a playful approach towards life....gonna be settled like this."

And he agreed " I know.... I also thought the same..... But..... U can't say anything about the destiny....... God is planning everything for u..... Sending a special person in ur life with motive only God knows..... "

Getting amused I replied " Really.... Bro..... I have to ask mansi.... How she succeeded in putting sense in your not-so useful mind.... That u r talking so thoughtful stuffs.... Now"

And we both laughed..

Someone stomped foot... O.... Wait..😮.. I forgot the kids.... I hid my smile looking at my princess, cause every time she stomp her foot to gain attention of me and swati.

And looking downward rahul said " Arjun..... Say hi to uncle.... He is my friend.... "

And the adorable kid replied in his thin voice " Hello.... Uncle "

I greeted him back and introduced my manya to rahul...

Manya waved her hand happily at Rahul saying " Hello uncle........ Okayyy so you are arjun's dad.... So I should directly talk to u. That why is he so...... Silent??.... Please tell him to talk to me" My Manya said in a pleasing tone.

Smiling lovingly at my Manya, Rahul said with a sad expression " Dear.... Actually In his old school, he was being bullied by some of the senior boys, me and mansi noticed his silent behavior and went to check in the school one day and then we came to know about all this.... We were so worried for him.... That he didn't even said anything about that boys neither to us nor to the teacher.... (In a worrying tone he added) mansi was so afraid that she demanded to change his school.... And that's why.... He is here.... Now...
Even taking help of child behavior expert..... There's only a little improvement..... That specialist told us that every child is different and unique in its own way. Arjun will definitely be able to mingle with others  gradually by the time "

I think we parents should raise our children in such a way that they respect other person's feeling. Try to teach them how to love and care for others and not to hurt someone or harassing or making fun.

Rahul gently patted his son's head and smiled at him. Love, worry and care was present in his eyes.

I was really amused to see manya listening to rahul so carefully.

And she immediately said with an assuring smile " Don't worry uncle.... From now onwards... I will take care of Arjun..."  manya holding arjun's hand making his cheeks red with every passing second.

Me and rahul was looking at our kids getting amazed.

I am sure that cute little son of rahul was totally shy by holding hands with manya.
But the next moment arjun surprised all of us by smiling lovingly at my manya...

Wait... Does this guy is having something for my daughter.... I mean... Feeling and all... No.... No..... They are just kids.... Right now.....🙄😣😣Again what the hell am i thinking!!!

Rahul said " Thank you so much princess...... ( he continue) You Know bro.. It's been a long time I have seen my kid smiling like this.... "

Manya said " Okayyy... Bye... Uncle.. Bye Daddy.... Let's go... Arjun.. " Dragging the little guy with him..

Rahul said " Mansi would be very happy... Seeing Arjun smiling like this.. "

I nodded in agreement.

But there's one more thing to clear.
" I am really interested to know your story that how come you ended up with mansi......... And you are accountable to tell me cause I am your best friend. And let me invite you all for dinner tonight bro... I won't listen a single excuse from you"

He chuckled raising his hands a little in surrender " Okayyy.... Okayyy... We would love to come especially Mansi.... "

And with this we exchanged our numbers and once again hugged my brother. I headed to my office.

Swati would be very excited to know that her best friend Mansi married my best friend Rahul.. And they are coming tonight.

And I am really curious to know Rahul's story cause a guy like him, flirting all the time, having an easy going approach, not interested in any serious relationship..... Is settled now.

I mean I am very happy for him.... But I am definitely gonna tell this to my Swati and she would also be interested to hear about the same from Rahul and Mansi.
